So here�s the dilly yo. Hehehe� I just get a kick out of saying that. It helps me remind myself that me like life should not be taken too seriously. Like I said yesterday, I�m doing somewhat better� Nowhere near being able to be called �better�. But slipping less. And I�ve got an idea for this weekend that might do a lot to help me along. I�m going to spend all weekend in bed cuddling / sleeping. No worries / No cares / No plans / No clothes. Yeah, now that�s what I call a weekend. Hopefully It'll work out (edited for understanding and less possible embarrassment). So like last night was bad. I went to bed like around ten but didn�t fall asleep till past one. I think the main fault lies in getting into the hot tub too late. If I get into the hot tub too soon before going to bed, I�ll fall asleep for ten minutes but then wake up in a sweat / heart racing� (the reason why this happens, deals with REM and the body�s ability to regulate temperature etc� I�ll explain this some other time, But lets just say the more lacking in sleep I am, the worse this happens) then this makes me super tense and aware of any internal / external stressors. Which then makes falling back to sleep nearly impossible and even if I�m able there�s a decent chance the cycle will begin again. Uhg� I should have know better. I really should have. Today�s Lessons -We�re all amateur Psychologists. -First Dates can be vastly interesting / entertaining to outside observers perhaps even more than to the actually participants. -Today is �America Recycles Day� according to my calendar� so be sure to recycle something today, a can, a gift, a boyfriend� -If the number of people who list you as a fav drops, but you can�t for the life of you figure out who it was, then it�s not that big of a deal, probably.
