Sliding into Work

Well as a lot of you know weve gotten a fair share of snow over the past two days. Hmm let me rephrase that. We got our fair share of snow and ice It snowed over Sunday night leaving us a healthy five inches. Nothing for the record books but enough to be cumbersome. This was followed by the slightest warming and then refreezing coupled with a constant freezing mist. The trees are lovely and the unsalted roads a mess. The longest portion of my morning commute was slick sheet of ice. It wasnt so much driving as it was a game of asteroids sans rock busting ammo. No worries though, got in safe and fine. The route home should be benefited by additional slight warming. Im not sweating it.

Todays Lessons

1. Cough Syrup should not be used after the expiration date because the alcohol in it evaporates and makes the remaining medicine dangerously potent.

2. In snow and ice, momentum is both a friend and a foe.

3. It is perfectly acceptable to judge some on by their musical tastes.

4. Start selectively buying Pepsi products for free itunes.

5. Fun driving is often mutually exclusive with safe driving.

Take care,

-Fritz
